This Cancellation Policy explains the rules governing order cancellations placed through bbph.in.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
Books and educational materials are time-sensitive products and may be processed for packing and dispatch immediately after an order is received.
Therefore, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated after order confirmation.
After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed, shipped, or handed over to a courier partner.
Incorrect Orders
Customers are responsible for verifying all order details before completing the purchase, including:
- Book title
- Class and subject
- Board and syllabus
- Edition and language/medium
- Quantity
- Shipping address
- Contact information
Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for cancellation.
Duplicate Orders
If a duplicate order is placed accidentally, customers should contact us immediately at mail@bbph.in or +91 93110 42016.
If the duplicate order has not yet been processed, BBPH may review the request at its sole discretion.
Orders Cancelled by BBPH
In rare situations, BBPH reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Technical issues
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, any amount received for the cancelled order will be refunded through the original payment method.
