Due to the nature of books and educational materials, all sales made through bbph.in are subject to the following policy.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, processed, shipped, or delivered.

Books, educational materials, guides, sample papers, and related products cannot be returned because their contents may be copied, scanned, photographed, reproduced, or otherwise used after purchase.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying the following before placing an order:

• Book title
• Class and subject
• Board and syllabus
• Edition and language/medium
• Quantity ordered
• Shipping address and contact information

Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer will not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A physically damaged product caused during transit, or
• An incorrect product due to our error,

you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing mail@bbph.in along with clear photographs of the package and product.

After verification, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement of the affected product, subject to stock availability.

Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Information

BBPH shall not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges arising from incorrect shipping details, incomplete addresses, or unavailable recipients provided by the customer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
